Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and DramasMax (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your access to and use of dramasmax.tv and related applications and services (the “Service”). Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using DramasMax you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Tell us right away at security@dramasmax.tv if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The content

The dramas, artwork, descriptions and other material on DramasMax are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream the content for your own non-commercial enjoyment, on devices you control.

You may not, except with our prior written permission:

• Download, copy, record or redistribute any content.
• Bypass, disable or interfere with any security or DRM measures.
• Use the Service to train machine-learning models.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service.

4. Acceptable use

When using DramasMax, you agree not to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service in bulk.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with DramasMax.
• Use the Service in a way that overburdens our infrastructure or interferes with other users’ enjoyment.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. We will clearly disclose pricing, billing frequency and renewal terms before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through your account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Changes to the Service

We may add, remove, change or suspend features at any time. We try to give reasonable notice before material changes. If we permanently discontinue the Service we’ll do our best to notify you in advance and offer a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription time.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to other users or to the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with your device.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DramasMax and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DramasMax harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country provide otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we’ll notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the update means you accept the new Terms.
